INFORMATION ON BOOKING AND TRAVEL COSTS
Please note that travel expenses are not included in the fee and should be paid separately.
We would appreciate it if you could discreetly hand over the fee for your selected lady at the beginning of the rendezvous in an unsealed envelope, unless you have opted for payment via bank transfer or credit card in advance.
For longer bookings, those outside your primary residence or abroad, as well as in cases where your companion has a longer journey, we kindly ask for a deposit of the agreed fee. This can be conveniently made via bank transfer or credit card to the agency account. We are happy to provide you with information about payment options upon request.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your rendezvous with a muse, please inform us well in advance.
If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the lady will receive compensation of 300 euros, if she or he is already on his or her way to you, we will charge compensation of 500 euros plus the travel expenses incurred.
The remaining amount can either be be offset against the next booking or transferred back to you.
Costs of already booked flight or train tickets cannot be reimbursed.
